Still Closed!
This is not something we wanted to have to say. When we were forced to close over at the end of March, we couldn’t possibly imagine we would be closed for this long, we sent out a letter to all of you (our patients) with an estimated reopening date of 18th May (today).
Unfortunately, dental practices (excluding specially set up Urgent Dental Hubs) are still under government instruction to remain closed to ‘Face-to-Face’ patient care.
We are doing everything possible to prepare for reopening as soon as we are given the go-ahead. This includes extended stocks of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and some minor adjustments to reception.
We will provide you with more updates on how the practice will run when we re-open, as there will be changes on how you attend your appointments, for a while, at least.
So, for now, all appointments for the rest of MAY have been CANCELLED ( you should have received a text or email, and if you have an appointment in early June this is also likely to be cancelled in the coming weeks.
But, rest assured, we are keeping track of the appointments we have had to cancel and we will rearrange these as soon as we are able, and, we are here to advise you should you need us.
Look out for our Virtual Consult link coming soon! It will be on the Home Page of our website and will be an excellent way for us to help assess any problems or to give advice and provisional treatment plans.
We look forward to seeing you soon, please Stay Safe and do keep us up-to-date with any changes.
